Vitality
even when your routine
doesn’t exist

You don’t need another routine that only works at home

I used to push through everything: work, travel, life, telling myself I’d get back to balance once things settled down. But if you’re busy and on the go, “once things settle down” doesn’t come. I’d land back home and have to start over from nothing, every single time.

What changed things was building a few points I could return to no matter where I was. A handful of small, repeatable things my body already knew — things that didn’t depend on a set kitchen, a set gym, or being home. Once I had those, everything else got easier to sustain.

The drain

You arrive bloated, mentally foggy, and physically spent. Just surviving transit takes everything you have.

The setback

Every new city resets your progress. Your body and mind never get to build momentum

The chaos

How do you stay regulated, energized, and in control when your environment is constantly changing?
